Situated in Point Chevalier our studio has been hosting classes since 2014. We offerbench and Studio Rentals, as well as a diverse range of Jewellery Classes. Being locally and operated, our classes accommodate all skill levels.
BEGINNER CLASSES
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
These classes are designed for absolute beginners wanting to learn the craft of jewellery making.
5 week evening class
$350.00
In this class you will learn how to make a ring, firstly in copper and then in sterling silver. This project is designed to cover all the basic jewellery making techniques. You will learn how to saw, drill, file, clean, texture, form and solder in a friendly workshop setting.

1-Day Saturday Class $275.00
Join us for a hands-on experience working with metal! This class will introduce you to fundamental jewellery techniques, including soldering and texturing. You'll create a collection of jewellery pieces using copper, silver and brass.
All materials are provided, and additional copper and silver can be purchased during the class.
3 week evening class
$225.00
Using specialist jewellers wax, you scrape, file, drill, sand and shape your own unique carving. This will be cast in silver resulting in an individual piece of your own design.

Casting at your own cost (price is dependent on size and weight).

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED CLASSES

These classes are for the returning student or for those with some previous experience to continue their own projects with guided supervision.

If you are proficient with soldering then why not try bezel setting. This class gives a comprehensive introduction to the setting of cabochon stones.
There will be a small selection of cabochons and base metal available for purchase.
