Unsupervised Workbench Hire | $70 a day

Workbench Access have the following facilities available to them:

• Use of shared equipment (flexi drive dremel, rolling mill, draw bench, drill press, polishing motor, oxy/LPG torch, hydraulic press, set up and pickle and other sundry equipment)

• Workshop wet area

• Kitchen

• Some storage available on request

   

Studio access times:

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm  (or by mutual arrangment )

$50 per day

Conditions:

• All hirers must make a booking by contacting us directly to ensure space is available.

• To qualify for a discounted concession card the hirer agrees that these sessions be booked in and taken within a reasonable timeframe.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PURPOSE OF USE:   Work on contemporary jewellery or small objects.

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Alcohol - No alcohol is permitted in the Facility unless associated with a function or event approved by Facility.
2. Drugs – No drugs are permitted in the Facility.
3. Smoke and fire - No smoking, open fires, smoke/fog machines, naked flames or candles are permitted in the Facility or wider precinct unless approved by the Facility.
4. Access – (by mutual consent) You may be issued with a key and an alarm code.  All keys are the property of Anvil Studios and are to be used exclusively by the signatory to this agreement.  Breaches of this condition by hirers may result in the termination of this agreement.  All keys are to be returned to Anvil Studios on the expiration of this agreement.
5. Usage - The hired space is to be used exclusively by the Hirer for the sole purpose outlined above. Its use and that of any machinery and common areas is not to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the facility by staff, tutors, visitors or other hirers.
6. Cleaning - The hired space is to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
